Face it. Not all meeting software works the same way. A lot of times you have to call people, and sometimes they are not available, so you leave a voicemail and hope they call you back prior to the start of the meeting. Even with Outlook, you have to track people down that haven’t responded to the meeting invitation, making sure they have the right time zone set on their computer units.
